The Temporary Foreign Worker (TFW) Program allows Canadian employers to hire foreign workers to fill temporary jobs when qualified Canadians are not available. This program is regulated through the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations and is administered in partnership with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA).
a) Study Permit

b) Work Permit
The Temporary Foreign Worker Program (TFWP) authorizes a foreign national to work temporarily in Canada for a specific period of time. In most occurrences, work permits will only be issued after the employer gets the Positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) issued by Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC). However, it will depend on individual circumstances, as few work permits may be LMIA-exempt under certain categories.

c) Super Visa/Visitor Visa
Parents and grandparents of Canadian citizens and permanent residents who wish to visit Canada and spend time with their loved ones may apply for Super Visa. The Super Visa is a multiple entry visa for validity up to 10 years. In contrast to normal visitor visa, the Super Visa allows an individual to remain in Canada for a periods of up to maximum of 2 years. There is a certain criteria that needs to be fulfilled in order to be eligible for this visa category including but not limited to the income requirements.
d) Post-Graduation Work Permit Program
The Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) Program allows students who have graduated from eligible Canadian designated learning institutions (DLIs) to obtain an open work permit to gain valuable Canadian work experience.
